Thanks to everyone that sent kind words regarding the closing-up of these parts. This letter from Sarah sums things up:

That's what reminded me to visit lekkner.com after too many months, but
alas... no more! I'm sad to read that you're no longer an official cutter upper, but thank you for many good years of lekkner and for crafty inspiration, as well as great links to the rest of the handmade online
world.
I still wear and adore my favorite lekkner purchase, the hot pink and black striped Barcode dress. When it no longer fits, I'm putting it in my
Save-for-my-future-offspring Box. Keep up the radical crafting!"
Sweet! This is why I do the things I do. Though Lekkner no longer exists, I am definitely still making things... lots and lots of things...
